Day 1 of phase 1.
Doing this for heart health and to get my cholesterol down (it's over 7) and to reduce my risk of diabetes.

Am in Ireland.

I hope that you've read the book. We have the food lists and meal plan guide for phase I. If you need to use them, they are located at the beginning of our weighin thread. :)
