hello! so glad to find this forum. im on day 3 of low carbing.. i have gone sugar free and wheat free over the years a few times, but i decided to go all out this time. i have been feeling very tired and foggy headed and irritable lately, probably partly lack of sleep and everything else that goes along with a big family, but also knowing full well that i need to lose weight (about 50 lbs) and stop eating foods that i am sensitive to. really glad to have this amazing resource! :D

Hi and welcome! I have 4 kids and am currently bfing my 5 month old. I had great success with lc pre-pregnancy. I am still trying to find a good carb balance while bfing. I am at 25-30 carbs/day and am happy to say my milk supply has been unaffected. I lost 3lbs the first week and am actually hoping that slows down a bit.
