carb up question
 

I am about to start taking xenadrine starting on Monday. My question is I am still suppose to be taking the thermogenic during the carb up phase of the diet? I will also be using vanadyl sulfate, chromium, and magnesium. Will I need to take those during to carb up too? Thanks

I would keep taking everything except the Xena.

You should cycle it 5 on - 2 off to prevent tolerance anyway.
