I have a question how many hours can go by without ur 20 grams not counting because being a college student im up at all hours so i don't know when i can start agian with my 20 g a day. when does the 20g start agian.[IMG] :dazzle: :Party: :agree: :read2: :angel: :doah:

and you got into college somewhere? haha! i think there are still 24 hours in a day! 20 carbs/24 hours?

I keep all hours too.. I count my carb limit as falling within a regular 'day', and a day is when I get up to when I go to bed, in PJ's (ie - naps don't count!!). Even if it is slightly longer, or shorter, etc.
