[QUOTE=Elihnig]One thing I wish we had is for when you don't know exactly how the food you are eating is prepared or what cut of meat it is, for example:/QUOTE]

Not sure I understand the suggestion. You mean a "general" entry for steaks? You can create as a custom item drived from any existing steak entry.

What I meant was a "not sure" or "no facts stated" option for when you don't know what type it is, how it was prepared, like when you eat at a restaurant. Fitday has options like that.

Just a suggestion.

You mean for custom items? You want to create a custom items, that contains a food name say "Restaurant lunch special", but with no nutritional values? I think you can already do that, if you type all zero's, it should accept it.

Hi Wa'il, can you add the Reverse hyper extension to the list of resistance exercises?

Also, I was wondering if on the resistance log page, if you could add the capability to click the check box and then at the bottom add a button for "add to today"? That would make it easier to add today's workout. Then all we'd have to do is update the weights, sets, etc.

Thank you!

Got to the MyPLAN page, and click "Edit Settings", then change the privacy option. This will make it show to others.

i changed one of my "snack" options to "daily water intake". It seems to add be doing what I want it to do: adding the daily amount of water i drink. Is this the right place to do that?..

I know we can add food items ourselves, and I understand that at a future date we will be able to access everyones entries (oh my gosh, that is gonna be ALOT of entries, including multiple duplicates!).. but I was wondering if you are working on adding the Low Carb products that are available on market now-a-days?? (whether mayo, or ice cream, meal shakes, candy, or snacks?)

inaddition... thank you.. you have done a wonderful job, and while I have only been doing this about a week.. I am able to come in here and record my menus and exercise with no problem, and I had a very hard time with FitDay, and stopped using it after just 3 days.

thanks again

By snack item, you mean the custom meal titles? I think creating a bulk item entry for water intake might be easier.

Yes, this is my current project, phase two, making tools for sharing recipes and custom items. We should be able to add many low-carb products and restaurant mwnus. This will have a community feel to it, as the entries will be done by volunteers from our forum members, say is each volunteers to enter 10 items or so, and others can review and correct those entries.

"creating a bulk item entry for water intake might be easier"

can you explain this to me? I am not understanding the bulk entry..

yes, I changed one of the meal titles (breakfast, lunch, snack, etc.) and just continue to add the amount of water I drink for the day.. in the qty box. I changed from grams to oz.. let me know the correct way to keep track of water... thanks.. wonce again

Just click on "new bulk entry" from the menu, title it "daily water intake", and add the amount of water you'd like to use. Then on entry page, just select the new item "daily water intake" and add it.
