Dr Briffa has posted an interesting blog article today on how we actually end up fatter than before if we lose weight and then end up piling back on the pounds again.

How many times have we heard someone say (and we've probably also said it ourselves) that they lost all their excess weight, only to put it all back on again and more? Quite a few I would expect, and I know that that has definitely happened to me before.

All the more reason then, don't you think, to be serious about maintaining and keep that weight off.
