Pumpkin Icecream

oh I was so tempted to have some pumpkin IC at the IC store. :(

I make the pumpkin "pie" recipe using splenda and Half n half and no crust = it's sooo creamy.

anyway, I took a dish and stirred in heavy cream and froze for about an hour. YUM!
