Not to be redundant but what is IF again ???
Is this a type of fast and what is he purpose of it when done with atkins ?

I gave it a try. My body won't let me do it! I got dizzy, had to sit down. I waited until the dizzy spell went away, and started my routine, but it hit me again in a little while so bad that I had to grab onto the desk so I wouldn't fall. I sat down and ate some cheese and mayo with some sliced ham. I didn't get dizzy again.

It doesn't work for me, but that doesn't make it a bad idea for anyone else.
I found that if I don't eat by 2 P.M., then I have no appetite for the rest of the day. By evening, even the idea of eating makes me feel ill. And the feeling becomes worse, until suddenly I realize that it has been days since I've eaten anything more substantial than a cup of coffee with cream. But that's just me. As I said, it does not mean that IF is a bad idea for anyone else. :) |
