Need more information on bananas in reguard to the less obvious......

Like resistant starch info.

Bananas are not typically eaten during Induction phase as the natural sugar is relatively high.

However recently, after eating too much homemade dried bananas which are like banana flvored sugar, my weight drops.

What is going on?
