Vidalia Onion-diced *3.8g 1/2 Lg. or 1 Sm. Green Bell Pepper-diced *3.4g 1/8 tsp. Coarse Salt 1/8 tsp. Ground black pepper 1/2 C. Mayonnaise (i used Kraft light) *10.2g 1 BAM!! of Ground Cayenne Pepper 1 lb. Cooked and deveined shrimp *2.5g (I used 10-12 count no shell or tail) 2 Lg. Romaine Lettuce Leaves *.6g Total servings: 2 Total Carbs: 26.6 Carbs Per Serving: 13.3 :thup: Method: In a large mixing bowl combine first 11 ingredients and mix lightly then add shrimp and toss lightly until coated. beautiful presentation.!!!..watch the carbs in those red bell peppers though..that is if you are going to eat a whole one :)
