Still struggling, but doing better though the scale doesn't show that. That is Thursday's weight, but today, Friday, I'm at 156.5. Feeling more in control of what I'm eating, not feeling as tempted by the carbs. Just need to keep it that way!

Still hanging in there. Food has been easier, not feeling tempted by the carbs. Probably still a little high on carbs but due to veggies, not sweets or grains. Given I had a stressful week, I will take it!

Mycie, forgive me for not posting my weight. I have been busy, rotten excuse. My job is ending on June 30. I work for a contractor, and she lost the contract. I don't care so much because I am 68 and already have one pension and Social Security. But there are people I work with who do not. Two of us will be offered a supervisor job with the new place. It may be time for me to retire, put my California real estate up for sale and move to Florida where my mother retired. I could buy a nice house there and have money left over. I just want to do my job the best I can until the very last day! Wish me well!
