Finally bought a barbell and set of weights today. 6kg barbell, with 2 x 1.25, 2 x 2.5 and 2 x 5kg weights. Distance: 6.185 Distance from Townsville: 317.307 - over 90% of the way to Cairns. So, in 2005 I took 3 504 614 steps, for a distance of 1752.307 kilometres - taking me from Brisbane almost to Cairns. My average daily steps for 2005 were 9602. Let's see if I can improve on that in 06. |

An aborted workout today. I've been feeling exhausted all day, not really sure why. I've been getting plenty of sleep, and have taken no pain killers today either. Possibly because it's my 4th day on KISS? Whatever, I pushed myself to do the benches, but wound up wiped out, so stopped. Will try to do the arms tomorrow.
