Hi IGT! I'm back this month haha :) Going to really clean up my diet, increase my water, exercise, etc, and hit Onederland by the end of the month for my birthday!

Hello Ladies...sorry I didn't finish May.....I went to May 26 and was 342... but then my only child's high school graduation and those feelings of sadness and it being over..and the what happened and it went too fast....then him going away to college in August... hit me all at once... made me so depressed....gloomy and down.. that I binged... but here I am again...going to relose the same old weight...

I can't quite figure out what caused the gain, but I would like for it to be gone. I've got just 4 days to and 3.8 lbs to make my goal.
