Thanks for the reminder on the rules. I'll go snag them and put them in.
I'm definitely not throwing in the towel -- I actually won five in a row recently. I just generally end up on the wrong side of the fence at some point in these challenges (I need to go look, but I think there might only be one where that didn't happen) and since I think that my current weight is a bit low to be completely real, I expect to hop off the starting line going in the wrong direction. If so, that's fine. My big goal with these isn't to win, but to be in the money (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) because that generally means a decent weight loss and a ratcheting down of my starting weight for the next challenge. If it ratchets down every time, I'm guaranteed to get to my ultimate goal eventually. |

Trying this again. Part of my problem is that if Im away from my scale and cant weigh for a few days, I start thinking I may as well stop the challenge since itll probably be over by the time I get back. Gonna try to actively stick with this one until someone wins! Although Im starting today at a new low weight so Ill probably be on the other side of the fence at some point. Good luck all!

Rather funny as my brain thought scale had jumped UP, due to high fruit 🍑 consumption. But morning ...umm...to be polite,bathroom habits ( vol of urine evacuated) said weight should be down. Rather funny really. On off scale over and over. Rechecking position of feet, of scale. On and off over and over again. 229 first weigh, 230 all others. |
