How to change format...
 

Recently a format option popped up, I obviously touched something on my touch screen cell phone, and selected a new format for the fun of it.

How can I change it back ??
Member info shows as a side bar. Would like to return it to top bar style.

Go to Edit Options page of your user control panel, or click here .. https://forum.lowcarber.org/profile.php?do=editoptions. Scroll down to the bottom section, Forum Skin. Select "Use Forum Default" (same as Main Style) from the drop-down menu. Don't forget to click Save Changes.

That should get things back as it was before
