I don't frequently post, but I often read these boards and find inspiration. June 29, 2018, I got serious about losing weight. It's taken over a year but I have lost 36 pounds in that time, and I want to thank you. All of you here.
Thank you for the studies you research and post. Thank you for your knowledge and experiences you share. Thank you for your encouragement. Thank you for the recipes. And for your sense of humor! Thank you for being here.
