Back Again for the last time!
 

Hi All, Lets see I will be 50 yrs old in November (ouch)! I have a 21 year old beautiful daughter and divorced for 4 years. I was not happy very depressed and gained 50 pounds. I need to get my life back and feel better about myself. I have had much success with Atkins before and I know I can do it again. I felt like I was on top of the world, so I am so ready to climb that mountain again. I want to take one day at a time! Feel better everyday I wake up to start with a great day. You guys are the best! I have read just about all the messages on the board. :) I am sure I will have many questions to add. Thxs so much, Charlie1!
