Cauliflower and Radish salad
 

Enjoy!!

1 Cauliflower broken into floweretts
2 cups thin sliced radishes
3/4 cup Mayo
4 oz. sour cream
3-4 thin sliced green onions
1 hard boiled egg grated
salt and pepper to taste

Blanch the cauliflower and then cool. Add radishes and toss lightly. Combine mayo, sour cream and salt & pepper. Gently mix with cauliflower and radishes. Top with green onion and grated egg. Chill and serve.
