I was just wondering if there was anyone else from Ontario. I'm in Simcoe and would love a buddy to chat with. This is my 4th day into the Zone and I'm loving it!

I noticed your post in the introduction section. I am from Ontario too!
I'm living in ottawa right now. I have done the low carb thing before but want to get serious about those last few pounds. It's not so much weight that I want to lose but fat pounds. I'm doing the zone as well as I just can't seem to lose with alot of fat in my diet. I've also joined a body for life challenge so hopefullly that will help tone things up. I haven't stuck to the diet completely until yesterday (couldn't help but finish all those holiday treats)but am doing great now.
