Women with PCOS on keto diet may see improvements in fertility

I am pleased to see word getting out about keto for PCOS and for lymphedema.
With PCOS it's improvement from better hormones. People who don't eat animal fats cannot make them, and some people have a narrow margin of adaptation. Lymphedema is found in normal weight people, but overweight increases the severity. Between the inflammation, and the crush of fat where it shouldn't be, we can see how it impedes lymphatic drainage even without the illness. I also think this is why keto is "magical" for Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), also called acne inversus. And acne is all about disordered hormones, which the SAD turns up to 11. |
