I just hate these stories
 

I really hate the mainstream media and mainstream medical types who see the evidence and then discount it like it's nothing...if the tables were turned and the low fat approach that got us here was more effective, you can be they'd make sure the differences were described as "substantial" "astounding" and "amazing"...but of course that wasn't the case...

Just because you don't "get" something, doesn't mean it doesn't work; you can say until you're blue in the face "low carb doesn't work" or "low carb is dangerous" but results are results...and you can't argue with them...

That mindset is what created our "sugar dependent; carb-addicted culture" that's with us today...

I don't want the media to make sense of it...I'd like them to SHUT UP and go onto something else while I quietly lose weight and get healthier....
