A belated thanks for the visit, Mr Beer. :)
I decided to try some floor push-ups again, seeing I am managing so many of the wall version now. I switched to the wall in the first place because my bad balance made me veer all over the place, but my vast improvement with the deadlifts gave me encouragement. I did veer a little at first, but with a little help from DH, I soon settled down and "flew" straight.
