Anybody aware of solid research for or against the use of exogenous ketone supplements? Like this one: http://pruvitnow.com/

Also, any opinions, thoughts, hypothesise encouraged..

Not research, but Peter Attia's personal experience testing some types. Personally I'll stick with producing my own for free without the bad taste.
