It's working !
After a short attempt at general lowcarbing, I thought I'd try this diet. Started CAD on the 18th July, and when I stood on the scales today I have lost 14lbs, a stone. I'm not feeling hungry or deprived at all because I know I can have that reward meal once a day. Noe for the next 14lb :D :D

Whoop Whoop, way to go you

LOL. Weird... |
Small world
I've got a problem re the diet though...after being on CAD since early July, I've been diagnosed with gallstones and been told to stay low-fat. Not sure how to combine that with LC, and not sure if you can! |
Stick to less fatty meats, and lower the cheese, you can still do it. There are lots of lf cm veggies you can eat.
|
You think it can be done then? I would love to stay on this diet.

I'd have a tough time on Atkins there since the fish and chips are so good. To stay on CAD, low fat still means eggs, lean meats like chicken and fish. It's an adjustment, but I would do it since the WOE works. |
Ok I'll try it. DON'T MENTION FISH SUPPERS PLEASE! lol I'll cry!
