seeking brand advice for vitamins and unflavored WPI

Hi,

I'm currently eating a Target generic brand multivitamin a day.
IS there a brand that you recommend that closely matches the vitamins ratio that Dr Atkins recommends in DANDR

Also I wanted to use unflavored WPI in baking. Any brands that you prefer using.
