Anyone still doing South Beach ?

Hi all south beach folks....
Just wondering if anyone is still doing this plan ? Pretty quiet here. I just switched last month from Atkins to South Beach with only 5 more lbs to lose. It's been going great.. was worried about gaining some weight but actually I lost a 1/2 lb. more. So actually I have 4 1/2 lbs. to lose. Thanks to reading Judy's tips and food journal ...thanks again you have great advice.

I'm here too! After many years hiatus. Why is it so dead around here?

Also, I noticed a lot of articles online about how the SBD has been revamped? No more legumes for phase 1, but instead I think 2 cups of full fat dairy?? I am legally blind, so reading the book is difficult. But I am a member of the talking books for the blind library, and I can download just about any book I want for free and listen to it. Which I did last night. The new supercharged version? But as the first chapters were being read to me, nothing seemed different. It still mentioned how we could eat small portions of legumes, and how we had to limit dairy. Is there really any changes being made? I'm so confused!!! I'm so glad I didn't spend $20+ for the 'new' book. Anyone have any info on this? Thanks.
