Berberine
 

My cholesterol was below 200 (178) for the first time I can remember. Usually, it's around 220-240, possibly more, iirc. I don't actually care that much, but it was kind of nice to not have the statin discussion, especially as I was seeing a new P.A.

I attribute it to berberine, though I was actually taking it for my blood sugar. It helped in that respect too.

In all my experiments with supplements this is one of the most striking.

I take this brand, Good State - GlycoX with Berberine HCL (500 mg each) which I believe was once recommended somewhere around here; possibly it was what Jimmy Moore used when he was experimenting some years back because I had it in my Amazon list for a long time.
