Septemer 2016 Daily Weigh-In Everyone is Welcome!

This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.

Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.

We start September 1, which is already now for some of you. Let the fun begin.

I've staked my claim here! Thanks for getting us started GreekRibs! I believe this will be the last month for me as well as I will have collected a year of data near the end of this month.

I have absolutely no weight goals for this month. I will enjoy how the chips will fall and land where they may, as long as they are not potato chips on my sweater.

Hi guys  start of a month, saw your thread and decided it would be a good place to track progress

Wow thud that is a very impressive chart! I like that it shows the ups and downs but the general trend is down :)

Gail, what is your budget for a new scale? I have an older model of the Weighsouth WSI-602 show on this page:

http://www.1800scales.com/Medical-Doctors-Weighing.html

This is is also the site that I purchased from quite a few years ago. they also have some that are more geared to the bathroom and more affordable pricing.

Dumb question - How do I quote a portion of someone's post? Do I highlight it and then click "quote"?

the way I do it is hit the quote button, quote the whole then in go edit inside of the "QUOTE" tags. I use ellipsis (...) to indicate that I've cut something out of the original like I just did to your post!

Thanks, Thud
