Hi Everyone,

This forum sure has become very quiet. I first used to read up at this forum a few years ago and it was fairly active. Is there anyone out there from Sydney, Northern Beaches way?

I have a question about ketosis. I'm in my second week of induction and had a lose of 3kg last week. I don't expect this to be all fat but would like at least a small lose this week. I think I've been eating too much fat, according to my calorieking entry I ate about 120g of fat yesterday. Does this mean that I will be burning the ingested fat before my body fat?

I couldn't sleep last night as my heart way thumping, this morning my ketostix showed the darkest purple. I didn't feel very well at all so I tried to get some carbs into me by having half an orange. I tested my ketostix about 1.5 hours after this and they were the more moderate dark pink and I felt a lot better. Has anyone had this?

I appreciate any comments.
