Hello Lisa :wave: at the moment I am not doing SBD but I am planning on starting on Monday. How are you doing? I hope you Thanksgiving was great.

I tried to go back to SBD at the end of last year, but that didn't last for too long. I am hoping, I can be strong this time and be able to stick to it.

Which plan are you following? I have the original plan and I followed 11 years ago and was able to lost 40lbs.
