Registered for the first time

Hi Everyone
I had great success (for the first time in my life) with the original Atkins plan.
Ever since, I've been low carb on & off, and visiting the different low carb form for recipe ideas. This time, hubby is on board, (as opposed to being dragged along) so, I've registered & am looking forward to being more involved
