Today is October 1st and I lost a total of 15 pounds since the beggining of my Atkins on July 11.

Today I lost one more pound. Not bad.

I'm still at 123 and I guess I'm okay with that. I don't think I can lose that much more anyway. I may have set my goal a little bit too low. Great job to everyone. This was a fun challenge :)

nicolegwen: just keep with the OWL phase and you'll see how it works, but don't worry too much I think you are OK for your height. Good work!

Hi Hell! I must apologize. I have been sick and not checking my email. I just have been basically doing what I have to --work and eat Atkins that's it. I have not worked out out in 3 days. I will reply to you now.

I guess I got unfocused on this one a bit and thought that the final date was sometime after October 1st. Oh well! Thanks for organizing this. :D I lost 13 lbs. total. I'm continuing on the track though. Good luck to you all!
