Your previous posts indicate your had side effects last time, is that what derailed you or something else? The link I posted before included ways to overcome the more common reactions...be prepared this time and you will get through them. Do you need more information? "Hoping to be successful" needs a plan...your kitchen stocked with allowed foods, cleaned of all the junk foods, packed and planned meals if you work outside the home, etc. Many ideas in those guides linked above.

Do you need more support? There are buddy groups and challenges here you can join, or build an audience for your blog.
