I restarted my LCHF lifestyle and was looking for KevinPa's recipes. That search led me here. I'm glad to have found the site. So, now in my 50s, the realization is this... low-carbing is no longer my diet it is my lifestyle. Since I first started this way of eating back in 1998 , I have maintained a healthy weight. Many many life circumstances have occurred along with tons of stress and depression have put me at an all time high of 175. I've lost 9 lb in roughly two and a half weeks so I'm happy. I know it's going to slow down now as it always has after the first 10 lb. When I was young, I wouldn't let my weight go more than 5 lb over my happy weight. I'm going to start doing that again. I've already noticed an increase in energy! I also quit smoking on July 4th of this year. It's time in my life to get everything back on track. Nothing worth having is easy so I know it's going to be a rough road but I know I can do this and will be a happier healthier person for it. Question... Is there no search function? I haven't located one yet. Thanks for your help.

Main Search is in the green bar that goes all the way across. (Not the one at the top of the page.) Search This Thread is in the next green bar down, at the right of the page.

The Search in the main green bar, or Search this Forum when you are in a sub-forum, comes up with a box that has been disabled. But, use the Advanced Search under that box, and it creates a Google search. Use typical Boolean qualifiers to narrow the results. Watch the dates as it can pull up very old threads too.
