"Abby's Boot Camp"
 

Abby's Boot Camp
Rules:

1. Up and to the gym by 8:00 am( any type of exercise acceptible.)
2. 60 to 90 minutes of exercise 5 days a week.
3. Drink 10 to 12(8oz.) glasses of water a day.
4. Eat low carb
5. Weight each Monday and measure every 2 weeks.
6. Write a positive statement about yourself at the end of each
journal.
7. Keep a daily journal( food & gym)
8. Total exercise minutes at the end of your weekly exercise log.
9. Most be honest about food and exercise.
10. Give support to others in this challenge.

Up at 4:30 am and to the gym by 5:30 am.
Eliptcle machine=50 minutes=3.75 miles=472 calories burned.
45 minutes of total body workout(abs, glutes, biceps, triceps,etc.)
