"Abby's Boot Camp"
Abby's Boot Camp Rules: 1. Up and to the gym by 8:00 am( any type of exercise acceptible.) 2. 60 to 90 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. 3. Drink 10 to 12(8oz.) glasses of water a day. 4. Eat low carb 5. Weight each Monday and measure every 2 weeks. 6. Write a positive statement about yourself at the end of each journal. 7. Keep a daily journal( food & gym) 8. Total exercise minutes at the end of your weekly exercise log. 9. Most be honest about food and exercise. 10. Give support to others in this challenge. Any Takers?? Eliptcle machine=50 minutes=3.75 miles=472 calories burned. 45 minutes of total body workout(abs, glutes, biceps, triceps,etc.) Comment: Off to a good start this morning! |
