My daughter and I did atkins many years ago and it worked great. I was doing fine but major surgery and laziness have me sooooo pudgy. Time to try again.

Welcome and Best of Luck to you, if you have been down this road before, you know it works, but please, don't look at it as a quick fix. I did that and ended up right back at square one. It took a while but now I accept that this is a for ever WOE. drop by my journal sometime, I love company, have a positive day, ttys
