Wow. I don't think words quite cover how impressed I am with your dedication and honesty. I too am training to compete again one day, and I already find the BMI a bit wacky. I wear size 10-12 and it places me in the overweight range. Too much muscle is always better than too much fat. So I ignore the BMI, and the scales at times too.
Anyway, enough about me. Well done on your efforts, train hard - and all the best! |
what an amazing story...thank you for taking the time to share it.

Wow! You have done so well! Who would have thought something so little can change so much in a person! Congrats!

Mark, your story is beautiful. I admire your ability to change in an unsupportive environment. Your daughter is very beautiful and very fortunate to have such an awsome dad. God Bless!

Congrats neighbor!
You have a done a fine job of taking care of yourself against many odds and now you are free to be totally devoted to your precious daughter. You did good! Best to ya, |
Mark, thank you for the inspiration!
Congratulations on your success and on the choices you've made! Your little girl must be very proud for her dad! |
I don't think that you went too far... and while you look ok to me, my opinion is that you could still lose 5-10 lbs.
