Anyone got a meat gravy recipe?
 

I'm after something to replace Bisto powder (UK), ideally without refinded carbs e.g. flours and definately without gluten.

This paleo recipe for Flourless (Grain Free) Gravy is very good :thup:. I've made it to accompany both white meat (chicken/turkey) and red (beef/lamb) with excellent results.

It's basically cauliflower cooked in broth/stock until soft, add pan drippings from the meat plus some seasonings, then purée till smooth. I like to add onion with the cauli as well for added flavour :idea:
