So what does the nutrition label say?
Most products labeled Keto seem to have a high carb count |

I have not tried one. I have tried Quest bars Cookie Dough - these are a problem for me as I used to count the net carbs (4g) and go hog wild - I think I ate 3 boxes of 4 in one sitting once for fun - it's just kind of the way my mind works. Hopefully the "Keto Protein Bar" is better - The ingredient list looks pretty impressive as far as not a lot of man made chemicals.
Continue trying them and see if your level of hunger is generally increase, decreases to stays the same. That might be a good experiment to consider any ill effects. I may try one next time I see one. Currently I'm practicing not eating any form of sweetener (I see monk fruit there - twice in fact) but I'd be willing to forgo a day of not hitting that mark. Who knows! Perhaps others here will have experience with them |
If someone were to search to purchase, what is the name of this bar?

I'm guessing it's these by searching the specifics the OP put down: https://bhufoods.com/keto-protein-bar-ingredients/ |

Very tempting but the carbs are 17. That's pretty much my whole days allotment. |

They're like 1 to 4 net carbs per bar. This one is 3g - Double Dark Chocolate Cookie Dough.// $3 and change per bar. Found the OP's bar - 1 net gram - Bhu Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough..., which has pretty good ingredients: . |
Got the box each of the dark chocolate and peanut butter bars and the ice packet was still cold inside. The right time of year to get them unmelted I guess. Had one of each and nothing triggered. Tasted good. Soft, crumbly. I will be on my guard whenever I choose to eat one though.

Bloated this morning..., and I think I've narrowed it down the the two bars (1 double chocolate 1 peanut butter) yesterday.
