Yummy KFC-Style Coleslaw
 

JUDY’S COLESLAW DRESSING

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Hellman’s Mayo
3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Celery Seed (crush in palm of hand)
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar (or Garlic Red Wine Vinegar)
2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 packet Splenda

Mix all together. Pour over a 16 oz. bag of shredded coleslaw mix.
Mix well and let sit in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

I'm having coleslaw as part of my salad meals over the next few days and this dressing sounds delicious, *copying*

Brand names DO count in some recipes. Using Hellman's Mayo and Daisy Sour Cream are essential. Hope you both like it as much as my family/friends and I do. :agree:

My DD made it with Kraft Mayo and some other brand of Sour Cream and it wasn't nearly as good. She has permanently switched to Hellman's and Daisy now. :thup:
