'Allo!

I'm new around these parts, so I thought I'd drop in and say "Hi Ya'll!"

So here I am, brief and bulleted:

I'm 34
I have celiac disease
My family consists of a partner of 13 years, a cranky 15 y/o daughter, and a co-dependent minpin
I've got about 80 lbs of jiggle to wiggle off
I'm on day 4 and feeling kinda like microwaved poo
Feeling like poo, aside, I'm kinda liking this WOE

You're doing great. Hubby is gluten intolerant (no formal celiac diagnosis although the gastro doc told him to never eat gluten again). He started Atkins to repair his gut and got a lot healthier. We weigh about the same and I am thinking 50 pounds more would be good.

Hi Carrie,

Welcome to the board. :) I just found it myself! Three pounds down in four days is great!! Way to go :)

I'm close to you age and weight. I'm 38, 209 pounds and would like to get down to 130. I'm starting with day one tomorrow and don't look forward to that "microwaved poo" feeling, but it's worth it, if it works!
