Macros?
I see a lot of people mentioning macros...what are macros??

Welcome! Macros are the 3 broadest categories into which foods are grouped: fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. Generally, when following a low carb approach like Atkins, one would eat a higher amount of fat, a moderate amount of protein, and a limited amount of non-processed carbohydrates such as lower carb vegetables and salad greens.

Also, if you look to the top of this page at the shorter green bar to the righthand side, you'll see Tips. Click on that, and you'll get a list of things, including a Lingo link. Acronyms, etc. Not everything is there by a long shot, but you might start there to translate confusing letters you find in many posts here.
