OK probably a funky question, but here goes. Dose any one know a way to “clean out” the intestinal track? Not like getting a staggering case of the trots, but maybe flush things out?

I know if you go to a health food store they have products like colon cleanse or something like that. They would probably be able to talk to you about what you are looking for and need and help direct you.
