Im up .2 because well Im a Chef and I made a fancy tart for a friends birthday And made a tiny single serve one for me. It was worth it and Im going to the gym 4 days this week and working on my feet all day today. Gotta live life. We got this folks .keep moving and grooving and being your fabulous selves. Whats one thing you are doing this week that is a positive change in your life or diet that you feel really good about? Ill go first I joined a fitness club and started Aqua-Fit classes. I have really bad knees, a calcified rotator cuff and a bad back. This is the best non weight bearing exercise I can do. I have not been in a swimsuit in 25 years but I got one with a skirt and its super cute and Im loving this class. Go team! |

(I'm using my weigh-at-home weight which will not match my profile as that I only change once a week when I get weighed in my in-person weight loss club.) |

Welcome Jl, Cher and Auggie! Now we're having a party!!
I'm pushing myself to do all/most of the barn chores. After two weeks, the boys are helping. Lots of walking. Carrying a small amount of weight like a bucket of grain or 1/3 bale of hay. Still not as strong as I need to be. Sucking in abs is actually a thing now. Waiting for testosterone supplement:called doctor's office on Friday and will see if new 'script comes thru. |
