Well, here she goes. I've lost 38 lbs since May 1, and wanted to post the results. The first two are face only and the last is a body shot. This WOL is the key.

You look great .. and you should be SO proud of yourself .. 38 pounds since May 1 .. that in itself is DYNOMITE !!!

You're wife should be turning over to this way of life soon after seeing the accomplishments that you have made !!!

Anyway .. I thought I'd swing in .. I'm Sally -- been hangin' around here for about 2 years or so .. and have been self-appointed the president of the turtle club .. but that's okay .. it WILL come off -- it's frustrating, because I've got my last 19 pounds (used to be 10 grrrrr:D) to go to reach goal .. and do you think my body wants to fall out of the 160s for good !!! NOT!! :lol:

So I hope you don't have the problems that I've had .. (been on a 1 year plus stall .. grrrr-- but feel great and don't wanna change my way of eating back ..:lol: ) and it WILL come off .. I wish you luck on your last 13 pounds to your goal; and hope it comes off quicker .. :D
