Day two
Would love to report I followed induction levels perfect yesterday, but that's not the case. Having said that, I did weigh this morning (even though I know daily weigh ins aren't the most reliable) and found I was was down 2 lbs. I also realize this was water, but encouraging non the less. Today I will be more mindful of of my intake.
I went to OA 35 years ago, followed the "gray sheet" which I'm now realizing was low carb. I did lose weight, but the "gray sheet" was extremely restrictive, abstinence was a must and the first time I succumbed to temptation my resolve was gone. I'm saying this to affirm to myself "don't toss the baby out with the bath water". Today I started with a great low carb breakfast and will continue the day knowing I'm in the for the long haul. |
