No surprise. What may surprise these researchers though is the ability to control these Metabolic Syndrome diseases with simple dietary changes or even prevent them. How radical! It's nice to understand the mechanisms at the cellular level, but the tendency to then develop a pill to do what eating correctly can do is quite over complicating the matter.
