2 hours a week challenge
 
Anyone interested in joining me in an exercise challenge?

Any type of exercise counts so long as it gets your blood pumping. The goal is to acumulate at least 2 hours in a week and then record your progress here.

40 minutes of abs, butts and thighs floorwork today

*Tried on bikinis off the rack today and they all fit - First time in 27 yrs! Feeling motivated but have lots of toning before I will wear one out and about, but oh the possibilities :)

Good work you guys!

2 hours 48 minutes this week for me. I have been watching my favorite shows on DVD while I'm working out and I find it really helps to pass the time away and I drink more water too so that's a bonus.
