100 Pounds Lost

Hello folks,

As a lurker, I haven't posted a great deal on the forums, but I read regularly and am committed to this way of eating.

This morning I was down 3 pounds, for a total of 100 pounds lost! This has been over a period of 22 months. I would like to lose another 30 pounds, but that will probably take a long time and be very difficult.

Thank you to all of you who have been so encouraging and shared your experiences over the months/years.
