Looking for a little incentive to drop 5 pounds at a time? :agree: A challenge that is gentle and self affiriming? :agree: Here is a challenge where I "compete" against myself, racing for the next five pounds lost. :cheer: Race from 210 to 205 to 200 at YOUR speed. When you reach 205, 200 is the next goal. Reached 200?, then 195 is the next goal. Getting started--- Starting at 226 ?, then 225 is your first goal; 220 is your next goal. At 189?.....then 185 is your first goal; then 180. Got the idea?? Set your goal in whole 5 lb increments. Weight fluxuates, that is normal. Up-Down-Up-Down-Down. Get there when YOU get there. Hi Ariel why did you change my goal? The challenge was supposed to be 5lbs, and I started with 148??
Just realized I messed up my stats my start was 148, my current is 145.5 goal 143 |
When you first started, the set up reflected the first goal of a number ending in 5 or 0. THis is a challenge to move from 225-220 for me. then from 220- 215.
I had been working down in 5 pound increments and hoped to conintue the weight loss in this manner. AND HAVE BUDDIES to make it more fun!! Hence the first goal is to get to 145, so you will be in sinc. Is that ok? |
